Need Help with this Amazon Email

I just had the message in on my account, it is new, but on real details. Have no feedbacks, and had orders in few days.

My account status is ACTIVE, usually when an account is in review, you can APPEAL, but so far, i do not see that icon.

The orders have been dispatched, tracking number would be in the system tomorrow.
So, is this email, a normal thing, ie, is my account in danger in being suspended? or pretty standard if you keep everything good.

This is what i got.

Is this something i should worry about, i have not shipped the orders yet, so have lost any money so far. What your guys thoughts

Greetings from Amazon.

We are writing to let you know that we are conducting a review of your selling account. During the review, a rolling reserve will be applied to funds in your seller account.

The reserve will be equivalent to your gross sales amount for the preceding 7 days. Based on your order volume, the amount of the reserve may change daily.

You can view your account balance, reserve amount, and estimated payment schedule in the Payments section of your seller account When your account balance exceeds the reserve amount, funds will be available per your disbursement schedule.

Account reviews are intended to ensure the timely shipment of orders and compliance with our selling policies. Please continue to fulfill orders and list only items that you are able to ship by or before the Expected Ship Date.

For information on how you may be able to expedite this review, search for “Velocity Limits and Account Reviews” in seller Help.

We will notify you by e-mail when our account review is complete.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation.
Regards,

Merchant Review Team

Are you selling worrisome items? If not, I would reply and keep shipping to minimum while review is being done - how is your feedback?

I am selling some used and repaired console, these are authentic. Feedback is zero and reverently it's a new account.

rsot, the OP stated the account has none.

OP, it's a standard email.

Go with the flow.

Have had these from amazon UK without further grief.

Thank you for your reassures. Feel much better.

You need to try get some feedback though. Sell some low price items or whatever but make sure you get at least 5 positive feedbacks. Never had a problem with the review when my feedback is good but sometimes when there is no feedback and high value sales amazon deletes the account.

Thank you. Yes the feedback is a big obstacle in AZ...what do you want us to do, put a gun to the customers head and demand a feedback..

Anyway, i would just throw freebies in the package to request feedback

eternity4u 02-25-2013 10:15 AM

is £40.00 high value.

repaired used consoles and or laptops are iffy items IMHO

buyers buy thinking they are a cheap fix

and when the bozos cant repair then it is the sellers fault

£40 is not high value but it depends on the total value of sales and what amount of time. Over £100 a day would be too much at the start.

Not really a high value but since your items are refurbished, the item can be the issue

eternity4u 02-25-2013 08:45 PM

Are refurbished items illegal. I always wonder about this
I mean. In a way it is repaired. Surely that is not against the law.

Any idea.
