The DBA name or do you have to give the real name and DBA name? If so it makes DBAs useless if they suspended an account under real name.
| Real DBA, name, and address even though amazon name, storefront & address I use is different. Haven't been suspended yet using suspended real name. Address is different as I has moved from suspended one. But yes, DBA isn't good for stealth. The IRS allows you to have one DBA with its own EIN. It cost about a third as going LLC or corporation. Went the cheap route. |

On my amaz0 n gh0st account, so far 80+ orders and I have not been asked to enter EIN/SSN..
Is it true that if you keep on selling up until around $15,000 then wait until next year, then I can start fresh again on same acct? For example this year 2013 I sell about $15,000, rotate to another account, (under the $20k threshold) and wait until 2014 when accounts are fresh again. This way I wont have to bother with EIN/SSN etc. |

If it is a DBA, your stealth and and name doesn't have to match either. However, you must fill in real info related to actual DBA of name & address with EIN. Even if it means using your banned name (as in my case).
I speak from my own experience as I have LLC and DBA. Both of which have own separate EIN. Both use stealth.

You would create the LLC or EIN under your real name but you would associate it to your STEALTH account - in general, unless deep investigations done...they wont verify all the details of your LLC registration. |

| At the end of the tax interview it shows an IRS form that is used by Amazon to request information form the IRS. The only info on that form is Company name, address and EIN. I do not think the IRS gives any other information. Alos, I do not believe the addresses have to match, just company name and EIN |

I recently got my account suspended and I was using my SSN. Now I acquired a EIN and signed up again using everything new except for the name. I got an address in a new city, using new pc with new internet services and router. I haven't been through review yet but everything seems fine still. If anything happens I will give this thread an update. |

I recently got hit with the AZ "Interview" for Tax ID (I'll provide EIN for my LLC). My question is does the Address of the EIN have to match the real address? I can't reuse the address because it's from my previous banned account.
As the quote below from kelly441 says, I also think Company Name and EIN have to match, but what about the address? Quote:

Address can be different but I think state might matter, so ein created in PA and interview you provide NJ address might not work.... |
