Have anyone contacted Amazon When an Account is review
 

Hi

I do not have an option to appeal since there is no notification to appeal

How long does appeal last for and how has anyone contacted AZ during this review.

Tried contacting in the past - agents have no clue. You just appeal and wait - sometime win, sometimes lose - first account review? What category listing?

Not really. pass the first, i am getting my funds this weekend, so it is not has if the funds are tied up. guess just have to wait...meanwhile i would make more accounts

I will wait (normal is 28 - 30 days)

My own experience is every time I appeal I got suspended and sometime deletion.

Now I just wait and rise all the price of my items so it will not be sold.

this is what I do it ... or I just go to Preferences and set the account to Vacation/Inactive Listings after I sell for a while

Since this account has been in review, i had funds twice transfer in my account.

Third week into review, all i am glad my funds are come...so just wait to see the outcome for the review.

This never happen to all my account. When it in review, all fund in the reserve balance and not available for withdrawn. They all US account

I think it is the rolling reserve review.
Maybe that is alittle different from the actual review.

Someone can correct me if i am wrong

ive tried contacting before, useless.....amazon trains its employees to be helpless to new sellers having problems

I've contacted them before on one of my accounts with real details. The customer service team had no clue and told me the Review team can be reached by phone only by email.

is rolling reserve different from a account review

Yes, rolling reserve is similar to PayPals 21 day payment hold, it's something they use with new sellers. It's just until you prove to them that you are the kind of person they want to work with.

After two weeks of the review i got this email


The thing i am confused about, is this just a 21 day hold like paypal.
And pretty standard, or is this actually a review

Well, pass one review and rolling reserve on one account, was real, and the feedback was not that great...going to let that account sit of awhile now

when you first sign up to amazon there is a 21 day hold which is not a review, it is to protect buyers/amazon from fraudulent sellers. the email you pasted above is a review.
