What information does Amazon check? i.e do I need access to the address I use? does this address need to correspond with the credit card and/or bank account? or are those addresses not checked? what about the name of the account? should I use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name? obviously the bank account and credit card won't have this name - do they cross-check the names?

Thanks so much in advance for any help and sorry for all the questions... I only have a limited number of different addresses I can use so don't want to make any mistakes. :D

I am using amazon UK

did you read the forums before asking these questions? all the answers are here. read the ebay stealth book and apply the same principals to amazon. amazon is easier than ebay to create accounts but they suspend you faster for bad feedback etc.

ok to open amazon emails?

is it ok to open amazon orders (i'm selling) emails? will they know what computer/ip address i'm opening the email from?

ebaykilla 02-17-2009 12:47 PM

no they will not...if you reply to those email back to amazon yes. if you answer customer questions and don't cc amazon...then no they can't link you.

Thanks. I have read all the info I can find on Amazon accounts but can't seem to find a definitive answer on what address info is checked for amazon uk as I assume it might vary from ebay.com, ebay.co.uk or amazon.com

ebaykilla 02-17-2009 10:57 PM

in short, everything needs to be stealth....but bank numbers need to be real if you want to get paid.

So if I set up Amazon with a VCC how would I set up a bank account to receive payments? I've had 3 accounts suspended so far. 2 were linked way back before I knew about the stealth guide. The last one was for "supposedly" selling recopied media. I've got one more still standing that is not linked to any other accounts but I feel may get the recopied media crap again since I am selling the same stuff.

Bottom line, all those accounts were opened with verifiable info (actual people and addresses). I would love to know to get over the banking info hump. Also I read that Amazon does more than just check cookies, ip and all that. They actually record something in your cpu. Something to do with the Lan port on your cpu. I've read up on it in an Amazon suspension guide. They are really a different beast from eBay.

When I got linked back then I knew I needed to use separate cpu's just to be safe.;-) My school library has been a good source. You use the same cpu every time, but you are not making that critical change to the Lan Port in order to not be detected by amazon? I am not taking that risk however until I know its horsepuckey for a fact.:-) Because I've got access to tons of cpus at school now I just need to know how to open multiple accounts with @@@@ info. Any help would be great.
