Can I send mail if in my hometown if use another address?

In case if I wasn't being clear, I have a Ghost Amazon acc and I just sold an item. My stealth details is in a city different than where i live. So my question is, if my stealth address for example is Los Angeles, can I go to a post office in Torrance and drop it off?

I see your from the Uk, so in case you understand, your address on the package says for example

but you ship it in UK?
