If I use a stealth address that I dont have access to, do I need to verify that address when signing up to paypal business and ebay business seller account? I've read I can verify via vcc and bank account which I already have. I can open a vitual address with mail forwarding but would prefer not to.

from doing my own research on this forum I have seen members reckon that ebay will send out a letter to 1 in 5 addresses to confirm details/getting your selling limits raised.
Yes you will need to verify your address with paypal. You can get a VCC with the sellers on this forum for that, I can personally recommend GTB who will look after you and is a UK seller.
