well, they "lost" this shipment. They responded today saying they are going to credit my account. My last shipment I sent them, they damaged an item. I have a shipment they received today thats missing an item. I suspect that will be "lost" too.
Ive only sent amazon about 6 or 7 fba orders, 2 confirmed orders with issues and im pretty sure the order they received today is lost so its 3 out of 7 orders they have screwed up.
I pack my stuff with extra care, include 2 or 3 fba bar codes in shipments, have two fba shipment labels on the outside of the box and amazon is messing up 40% of my shipments.
