New Amzon account with old EIN

Hello everyone,

My Amazon account just got suspended and I am going to register DBA. Can I use my old EIN# for new account and not be linked?
Other info - name, address, bank account will be completely new. I am just wondering, if Amazon links accounts by EIN#.

EIN is the same as SSN just for businesses. So think about it for a second..

The OP ask to use the OLD EIN# from the OLD BANNED account for the new account

Well, it does mean, I have to close the company and open a new one to get new EIN#, right?
