just checked tracking on package. wow the packge shows it is in transit. Bouncing from state to state. keeps saying misent rerouted etc. page is 2 pages long. wtf?? Post office is lost. It will arrive eventually..

Each time a package goes through a sorting PO, your item will be scanned. And then will be scanned at its supposed final destination.
One of three things will happen.

1. Finally get to it's destination.
2. Be returned to the "return address".
3. Get lost (Maybe a small fraction of the time)

That is USPS for you

The reason is this
when you drop lots of item in the post office, they have a small machine just scan the package. This machine has some button like accept and delivered, some time they may just pick up the machine and not to check the button's position.
Trust me, it happened in any post office, the only way you can do just remind them each time when you drop your items.
