Amazon CC and EIN Question

Ok, I have spent the better part of 2 hours trying to find the answer to these questions but I can't find a RECENT clear cut answer. I have the Stealth book.

1. Which exact Vanilla Visa Credit Card works. There is conflicting stuff posted here. Do I buy the 25.00 dollar one or the one that you load with any dollar amount. Also some issues regarding Exp. Dates I see. Is there a clear cut answer?

2. I already burned up my SSN with Amazon. I need to go with an EIN. I assume Amazon still asks for the name associated with the "Business Name". Since I am going stealth is it better to use a completely fictitious name or a variation of my name?

THANKS FOR THE HELP

$25 gift card. I have done it with 5 of them no problems with exp date.

You only need to give company name, address and EIN. The address does not have to match IRS records

TAX info MUST MATCH IRS, but not need to match stealth account info correct?

Thanks

The answer to your question hasn't really changed in the last months or years. This aspect of stealth, for all i&p, has remained the same. So in this situation, the search tool is your friend.

1. $25 Vanilla Visa works - just make sure to have $20 on it at all times.

2. No comment on this since havent worked enough with but there are a ton of posts from knowledgeable people here

To add a little for your 2nd question, I recommend opening an LLC rather than using your own EIN. In the US you get 1 EIN, you burn through that and it's as done as your SSN. Depending on your state you should open an LLC or an S-Corp. If you open an LLC, you should verify that you can petition to file as a corporation in your state. You want to be taxed as an S-Corp with pass-through taxation. LLC is simpler in general and costs less to file ($100 in the state I live). Either way (LLC or Inc), you're going to get a brand spanking new EIN. If you're already making a good amount of money, I would suggest talking to an accountant about this, however it is not necessary to start.

In general though, I would get an accountant in this business. Filing in the way I stated above will obviously be a lot easier with an accountant and you're less likely to be audited when you don't do your own taxes.

Your correct method will be to take professional tax advice. Forum does not offer such advice. We are not aware of your business practises nor do we want to know them.
I suggest you start with
Internal Revenue Service
It's a very user friendly site and free to use. Then find a professional in your area to assist you with your plans.
Good Luck
