To add a little for your 2nd question, I recommend opening an LLC rather than using your own EIN. In the US you get 1 EIN, you burn through that and it's as done as your SSN. Depending on your state you should open an LLC or an S-Corp. If you open an LLC, you should verify that you can petition to file as a corporation in your state. You want to be taxed as an S-Corp with pass-through taxation. LLC is simpler in general and costs less to file ($100 in the state I live). Either way (LLC or Inc), you're going to get a brand spanking new EIN. If you're already making a good amount of money, I would suggest talking to an accountant about this, however it is not necessary to start.
In general though, I would get an accountant in this business. Filing in the way I stated above will obviously be a lot easier with an accountant and you're less likely to be audited when you don't do your own taxes.
