Anyone else having a problem refunding a customer on Amazon?

Is anyone else having a problem issuing a refund on Amazon? One of my customers never received their item and requested a refund. When I try to refund their money, a message pops up saying they are having systems issues and to try again in 15 minutes. But it has been like this for over 24 hours...

There were issues on Thursday night/Friday (CST) time.

Was a thread too.

I could not access an account. Kelly441 had similar issues.

have you tried the basics. Logging out and re-logging in? Refresh the page. If nothing contact amazon if the problem persist.

I havent had any problems. I just issued a refund today and one yesterday for the same reason as you.

Logging off and on didn't help, but rebooting the computer did. Weird...

I have tried to e-mail Amazon twice on technical issues in May - got an automatic reply e-mail but no follow-up - this is the trend still?
