They keep removing my featured merchant status for no reason... my sales drop dramatically.... then they keep giving it back..... WTH is there problem I cant understand! This has happened a couple of times already!

I have seen this happen in the past. It's more like they're testing something out or having issues with something in the system. Give it time, it will probably go back to normal pretty soon. Also, verify that you're still featured on most of your other listings. My guess is, you're just checking one or a few very often. If some of your listings remain unaffected, then it is probably the issue I am referring to.

Late shipment rate 69%....... delivery on time 17%..........
Heres the kicker......... I downloaded the report and checked randomly the orders about 15% of them and ALL of them were on time or a couple days before estimated delivery date.......
AMAZON IS DEFINITELY PLAYING GAMES WITH ME!

Then enquire what is happening.
