It's on the individual order page for the item sold - located directly under the shipping address.

If you don't see it, I can only imagine that it may be because you could be looking from an individual account.

I just triple checked 10 separate orders, ALL of them have a phone number in the location I described. Don't make me take a screen shot =P

If you start off with a pro account you can see customers phone numbers. If you use 3p software like stamps when you ship the item you can also see the customers phone number.

Hi, will like to add that I also don't see the phone number for none of my orders on Amazon, I am new on a Pro account. You can sometimes, if you print your labels w/ amazon (was told), the phone number may appear.

I've not tried using Amazon's shipping Label system, we have a company policy; any orders above $250, ship with signature delivery, we also provide a return slip in case of a return, I make sure to displayed this on the Amazon store policy page.

But what would suck much is if Amazon sides with the customer, after all I would be smart and submit as much information to Amazon dispute resolution.

This account got suspended :( cause one buyer

Item show delivered but buyer claim she/he never received it (expedited shipping). Buyer email me so I send out another item next day. (~$100 item).

3 days later buyer received the second item and file an A-Z claim and request $7.49 refund for the expedited shipping and the same time hit me with a 1 start negative feedback.

Before that, the communications between seller/buyer smooth and nothing wrong. !@#$%^&*() wrong with that buyer? grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Why dont you scare the buyer with some emails. Police report something..

This sounds like the buyer saw some weakness in you and took advantage.

I take it you didnt have them sign for it the second time?

Was this the ONLY issue? Because it just doesn't seem right. I mean, Amazon CAN be unreasonable, but usually they are not THAT unreasonable!

For this order alone I got 1 A-Z claim and 1 Neg feedback. Also, there is a chargeback as I cried in the post number 1

No, no issue at all. Just a chargeback came from nowhere and this transaction.

In the performance page they count 1 neg and 1 az. Just for this order

Sounds sick and shady - double chargeback...those can't really go down - unless credit card company is just keeping up the pressure for proof.

Sadly, not much you can do but keep appealing

Should only allow ONE time chargeback per incident

I emailed seller support and let them know that there is a pending chargeback for this same item that filed more than 2 months ago and still sitting there. And buyer never contact me regarding this order since it was ordered, shipped, and delivered 4 months ago
