One of my paypal accounts got killed because of an invoice issue. So after it got denied the email went out to the buyers. Well Ive had about 10 claims come in on items that were shipped 3 days ago saying they didnt receive it and want their money back. Im thinking I am going to get scammed now on this. I decided to refund all the buyers who I didnt ship yet and sell em on a different account.
What should I do with the ebay claims though? A few of the items do not have a tracking #, should I pretend like I do have one and tell them it's on their way and they should get it approxiamately x number of days? I just dont wanna get scammed here.

For the eBay claims, if you have already mailed them out truly, I'd put in a real tracking number on an envelope and send it their way. This way buyers get their stuff and you are protected.
