Paypal Appeal Denied, cant pay the mortgage

A few days ago I received this email after sending 2 mass payments to pay off personal loans:

As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the
PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding
your account.



We have observed activity in this account that is unusual or potentially
high risk.

For your protection, we have limited access to your account until
additional security measures can be completed. We apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause.

To review your account and some or all of the information that PayPal used
to make its decision to limit your account access, please visit the

by visiting the Help Center and clicking "Contact Us".

We have also identified activity on your PayPal account involving
transactions from eBay. As an added security measure we have notified eBay
of the current status of your PayPal account and further actions may be
taken on your associated eBay account(s).

So I send them all the information they requested and today I get this back:

involved, we would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least
disruptive to your business.

Please call PayPal Customer Service at 1-888-221-1161 to facilitate the
disbursement of any funds remaining in your PayPal account.

Funds disbursement can be handled in one of two ways:

Your remaining account balance can be used to provide refunds to your
buyers (if applicable).

OR

Your remaining account balance will be held in your PayPal account for 180
days from the date your account was limited. After 180 days, you will be
notified via email with information on how to receive your remaining funds.

If you choose to provide refunds to your customers, please log in to your
account and contact us with a list of transaction IDs for the buyers that
you would like to have refunded for you.

We thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I have no idea where to go from here and I'm starting to freak out, I am working 20 hour work weeks after having my hours cut, I have a mortgage to pay and my son was in a motorcycle accident last week that landed him the hospital and is going to cost us thousands in deductibles and fees. The account has over 3 thousand dollars in it (6.5 if you count the money sent back in personal loans that is being held), is a legitimate account opened several years back.

Maybe try a call to PayPal and hope that you get someone with a beating heart. Other than that, I'm afraid you'll have to wait out the 180 days.

Yes I heard if you talk to a supervisor and explain that it is life or death that you need the money then they might release it........

Hey, this may help you out, i just got off the phone with paypal reguarding a stealth paypal account that was limited 40 days ago. I explained to him that i needed the money this week because things was rough (bull*******) and he said let me see what i can do, about 30 seconds later he said i will let u withdraw all your funds since your account was in good standing with no chargebacks. It was over 2000$ by the way. BUT paypal will aways hold the money for atleast 30 days. Paypal wont let u have the money for atleast 30 days. So dont bother trying. Untill 30 days have passed.
