account suspended

OK so I created another Amazon Stealth account and now when i log in it gives me a message that my seller account is suspended! I haven't listed anything on it yet, or sold anything. They say to refer to the notification they sent but there is nothing in my email or the notification center.

can the reason that they suspended the account be in that the visa i gave them did not have enough money on it? other than that i cannot even imagine why it got suspended.

Can anyone help me out? And I was just begining to enjoy amazon (got so sick of ebay's bs)

Yes, if your card did not have enough money, that can be a reason. Check this part of the forum rsot frequently advises users to have enough funds on a card.

How did you make the account?

I opened a seller account, they asked me to provide cc, i gave then one (it's active but does not have enough money on it, but they never mentioned anything about charging it), then they asked to verify my phone number and i gave them my UA number, they called and i verified. Maybe that too was a mistake, should've been a us number, by the way i don't remember doing that for my other seller account. After that i got an email welcoming me and another to start listing. Then i log in a couple days after to post some listings and i get this message about my account suspended.....and no notifications in the notification center which i found weird.
