I have removed some of them and do not relist anymore once taken off. Is it ok or the will link me anyway?

Another thing. What if I will just close that one and open a new one? I will be still banned on DE but I want to open a stealth one anyway.

Can you give any advice/hints to set a proper Appeal?
I am selling supplements. Problem with supplements is some of them are ok to sell in USA while in EU are banned. I have listed some of that stuff on amazon.de
