2 address on 1 order

I have 1 order and don't know what to do.

The shipping address Amazon provide contain two address in there

Quote:

12345 Main Street
6789 Fifth Ave
P.O BOX 7654
My City, State 00000
Where 12345 Main Street is the real address. I have search on www.whitepages.com and switchboard.com and it match the person' name

The 6789 Fifth Ave
P.O BOX is the P.O address (not verify this)

I have contact buyer couple time but no respond.

- How do you deal with this if it was you?
- Can I cross out the PO BOX address and send it direct to the house address?
- If I print a label from Amazon with two address on it, which one would USPS will be deliver to?

Thank you

Just print it out like it states. They probably live in a senior or gated community and the po box number is to a box for their house that has the same address for all in it. My grandmother lives in one and her address is like that. She told me they have a area with all the po boxes in it (like apartment building) where they get their mail.

The issue here that there are 2 streets mentioned...it is good to clarify with the buyer but, if you have to ship, I would google the address for that zip code and send there

Keep calling customer and email up to the last minute.
Then ship to posted address as the customer has it posted.
Then email customer explaining the situation of a possible unsure address, and you tried your best to contact via phone and email.
The emails will stay with AZ, so if there is a problem, AZ can see you did everything possible to verify the ship to address.

Backside covered.

Backside covered with see-thru garment...

Depends on how expensive the item is. There is a 50/50 chance it will get lost. If it is cheap then send it and pray. If it is expensive then send it with insurance and even signature confirmation. Also, if it gets lost then the customer might give you negative feedback even though he wrote a bad address. It happened to me. Amazon does not remove negative feedback for lost packages due to Buyer error. It happened to me too. Even you don't want to take a chance and just refund him now - he could give you bad feedback for cancelling the transaction and also Amazon counts Seller-cancelled transactions against the seller. Buyer has you surrounded - game, set, match.

Also, I think this is new scam on Amazon. They know some sellers will full refund to get rid of negative feedback to save account. This is probably the case since he has not answered your emails and waiting for you to fall into his trap.

Bottom line... seller gets screwed as usual.
