Depends on how expensive the item is. There is a 50/50 chance it will get lost. If it is cheap then send it and pray. If it is expensive then send it with insurance and even signature confirmation. Also, if it gets lost then the customer might give you negative feedback even though he wrote a bad address. It happened to me. Amazon does not remove negative feedback for lost packages due to Buyer error. It happened to me too. Even you don't want to take a chance and just refund him now - he could give you bad feedback for cancelling the transaction and also Amazon counts Seller-cancelled transactions against the seller. Buyer has you surrounded - game, set, match.
Also, I think this is new scam on Amazon. They know some sellers will full refund to get rid of negative feedback to save account. This is probably the case since he has not answered your emails and waiting for you to fall into his trap.
Bottom line... seller gets screwed as usual.
