Default My first Amazon stealth account is banned after 2 weeks

Hello from Amazon.

We are writing to let you know we have removed your Amazon.ca selling privileges, canceled your listings, and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your seller account. Any new selling accounts you open will be closed.

We took this action because your seller account failed our seller account review process.

Per the terms of the selling agreement you entered into with Amazon Services, we reserve the right to limit or remove selling privileges as we deem appropriate.

We encourage you to take appropriate steps to resolve any pending orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from your seller account.

After 90 days, the hold will be removed and any remaining funds will be available per your settlement schedule. In addition, balance and settlement information will be available in the Payments section of your seller account. If you have questions about these funds, please write to payments-investigate@amazon.ca.

While we appreciate your interest in selling on Amazon.ca, the removal of your selling privileges is a permanent action.

My sales was$734 in 1 week. And I deleted all the inventory after this to make sure not exceeding $780 . Unfortunately, I got my first feedback which I'd negative and complains to receive the wrong model. Not sure if this negative feedback triggered the failure of my review or because it us connected to my previous blocked account.

It could have been the negative feedback, or maybe what you are selling, or that they linked you. They will never tell you what it was.

Just try to figure out any possible reasons and try to avoid them in the future.

Just found out amazon allows me to appeal? Should I do it? My seller performance is poor due to 1 negative feedback, which was the only feedback I received.

Lol damn...you are operating a stealth account and the 1st feedback you got was on receiving a different model? To be honest, its your business model that needs editing if you think this a longterm way of making money.

Need to make sure that next time the correct item is sent to the customer.

First of all you turned over way, way too much money for the first week. there is no magic number with amazon.

A few years back there was but thats not how it is today. I would not even turn over $700 in the first month as this leads to a velocity review. And when you have no feedback/ especially bad feedback leads to you failing the review.

This seems like a fairly simple case of making beginner mistakes. I would not even appeal at this stage but that of course is up to you. Start again and get some positive feedback before trying to turn over that much money.

Are you going to repeat the errors that damaged this account?

Two points to keep in mind.

amazon is hard on its sellers. It demands a high standard of perfection.

More importantly for you, the holidays are coming.

You need to have sound working accounts to be making money.

Think over all of this carefully.

@seafish, learn Ghost methodology and make new accounts - approach your sales differently. Especially with selling slower and getting feedback

That's why if OP makes new accounts, they must not be linked or old account may be deleted

Appeal, you have nothing to lose, set out a plan in your appeal, regarding sending correct items, timely despatch etc. But amazon are very professional and want 100% customer satisfaction. If you cannot post the correct item then you will not last, no matter how many accounts you open.To be honest you sold $800 and made mistakes, pretty stupid really if this is your livelihood.Also all your items you have sold, canvas the buyers for feedback.

Very doubtful your account was linked, as AZ did not delete your account.

They are releasing your money in 90 days.

If the account was linked, they would normally delete your account, and you then could not log in to AZ.

how long does one have to appeal?
can you appeal right away or do you have to wait 90days till you can appeal?

You can appeal right away, but you should be setting up a new stealth at the same time, immediately. If they take a long time to respond, don't cling onto false hope. Don't wait on setting up your new account.

Several things to do.

First go over the reasons for needing to appeal.

Make sure to not repeat them in the next attempt.

Make sure you are familiar with the methods of making a stealth account on amazon.

This is pivotal to your future success.

Make a well written plan of appeal.

Be completely professional.

in relation to gains I got u make $ 3000 in 14 days
* More I hesitated buying a product logged in a previous account banned, should be associated with the account banned earlier this ip

maybe because I'm from south america ... be harder track
