You can't do anything - if it's an A-to-Z case claim, customer is NOT required to return the product - you lose :(

You are out of luck. Unless its something really really expensive then I wouldnt even bother trying to get it back.

i have lost around £1500 in A z claims, most never return item but some don't understand how it works so just ask them to send it back once they have opened and a to z claim and sometimes you get lucky

Ouch! Hope that is spread over many years. I have had chargebacks but no AZ's.
