| kockedoff | 09-16-2013 09:24 PM | Feedback question How bad is getting 4 stars with item for as describe ?
Customer gave 4 star rating, but selected NO for item as describe.
his comments says " product had scratches"
should I try getting it removed (by begging customer) or this wont have much effect ? my rating went down to 4.8 from 4.9 cause of this feedback. |

| kockedoff | 09-16-2013 09:53 PM | Re: Feedback question Item not described part |
Re: Feedback question I would just work on getting 10 other feedbacks to offset this feedback - chances are if you pester this buyer for a Revise feedback, he will say fug it and change to NEGATIVE. |
| n8zzz | 09-16-2013 10:19 PM | Re: Feedback question It still doesn't affect your metrics until it goes down to 3 or below. He'd have to remove the entire feedback to have that part removed. A 4 star review like that is helping you more than no review at all, trust me. You should be so lucky that you got 4 stars for something that was scratched ^_^
rsot, once a buyer removes a feedback, he/she cannot make a new one. Feedback removals are a done deal. I think someone needs an Amazon refresher course ;) |
| kockedoff | 09-16-2013 10:25 PM | Re: Feedback question thanks ! ... I think I would just let it go...
I think buyer gave me 4 Star by mistake lol |

I don think it is DSRs as such.
But you can quantify feedback.

Do they? | It's kinda like DSRs but AZ doesn't hold them against sellers as far as I know - but they are there and am sure they are taken into consideration during a manual account review. The categories are as described, customer service, and arrived on time. |
| n8zzz | 09-17-2013 01:05 AM | Re: Feedback question Yeah, I believe you guys are correct on the DSR stuff. A major part of why those check mark box qualifications do exist when it comes to leaving feedback, is so that Amazon knows better what the negative feedbacks are pertaining to and whether or not to accept an appeal based on it.

| Gets me thinking .. I got an idiot leave me an FB of 1 but ticked 'yes' to as described, good CS, and arrived on time. Wonder if it worth trying to get this removed. |
Re: Feedback question My mistake - didnt see the Amazon classification of the post - saw 4.8 4.9 reference and stars and eBay kicked in. Ah well, happens |
| kockedoff | 09-17-2013 08:49 AM | Re: Feedback question I know Rating Stars 1s and 2s effect your ODR, was not sure what was the effect if some one select No for item as described.
I believe amazon feedback system is similar to ebay? thats what the confusing is here.. |

Re: Feedback question Tough getting Amazon feedback...sigh and you get a negative? Even worse to hear |
| kockedoff | 09-17-2013 09:49 AM | Re: Feedback question Not sure why amazon buyers dont leave feedbacks .....
same person buying on ebay would leave feedback 90 % of times.. but on amazon 99% times wont... |
