link or not ? please help

hi
i do amazon fullfil, sometimes i need to download the products and packaging file and then send to my supplier , they print it and send it directly to amazon fullfilment centre .
the problem is that my supplier also has amazon account.
will amazon link two account when my supplier open the file and print it ?

or when i open the file on my PC (my pc registered before,suspended). will amazon link to my suspended account ?

no, he won't access my account. just open the file on his PC and print it.
