3 A-Z is unacceptable, especially on a new account. I have accounts running for years and never had 3 A-Z at all. You need to look at you business practises, determine what you are doing wrong. Once you have sorted your business, open a ghost account as I would not expect amazon to reopen your account as they only want professional sellers, which with no disrespect you are not, yet!! Good luck

What caused this? You need to identify and fix the problem. Otherwise, the same thing will just happen all over again.

I had an account where I probably have 5 or so A-to-z within a year, did not get suspended.. so of course it has a lot to do with volume as well. If you get 3 a-to-z out of 50 orders, you're asking for trouble.

Number 1 reason for A-to-z claims in my opinion: slow responses to angry customer messages. Try to get back to every angry customer within 2 hours if possible. MANY angry customers will go straight to A-to-z in the same day if they don't get a response within just a few hours.

A buyer can not file an A to Z claim or a Charge back if you are using FBA

I had an account with 100% performance for about 2 years. Two AZ claims in a two week period killed my account.

wow that sounds serious. How many transactions did you have? Because I believe it goes from good, to fair, to poor. I dont think you can get suspended for fair performance unless you are doing something you shouldn't be doing

I would say that is virtually impossible unless your selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗, what was feedback percentage and health

Re: Suspened for low performance

Not trying to thread jack, but it did happen. It was a competitor who also did it to me. They reported that one package was not received, even thought I had proof of delivery with signature since it was at a business.

The second package they claimed that it was counterfeit which it absolutely 110% was not and could not be conceived as such.

They are a huge FBA seller on amazon with enormous volume.

Called Amazon, spoke to someone who was pretty useless and they said that the 2 claims in such a short period of time against my account did it. I also did not have as much feedback as I should.

That doesnt answer jeffweico's question - Why the sudden increase in claims....what is the stem of the issue?
