today one of my account delete , and i chat with amazon , they ask me to provide the phone number of bank and billing address , but i use vcc from 123, how can i do ? i do not know why that happen

It's deleted...means the funds are 99% gone - sad to hear but many stories of this. You need to learn about Amazon Ghost methods.
