sadly you can say goodbye to that account and the funds you have in it... they are notorious for not answering emails on suspended accounts.

They block regardless of a bank account being attached.

Not usual to notify the seller either.

Give more info about the account

Buddy, read the forums, if you cannot log in, your account is deleted therefore you don't get your money and amazon will never reply. try this e mail jeff@amazon.com, this takes you to seller performance.

Been happening for ages.

Many many users have posted about the issue on the forum.

In the below sub-forum and indeed this one, there are many threads about
amazon & their activities. Account deletion has been happening for ages.

you will never see your cash if your account is deleted. Accounts are usually deleted for selling counterfeits or bad selling practices. Accounts suspended meaning you can log in will pay out in 90 days

Amazon only deletes accounts completely when they believe you are a previously suspended seller using stealth techniques to get back on their system to sell. When you are suspected of this and they close the account, you will never see the money. I am sure they do this because most that this happen to are selling counterfeits.

Is this the only time they delete you, when you are linked? Else it's suspension ?

I read an article that some people have filed a class action lawsuit against Amazon for these practices.

Not necessarily only when linked - if you get suspended and e.g. your cc is no good, you may be deleted too

i believe there are many reasons you can be deleted, not just one or two

tried talking to them before, just give me generic lines, blah blah...at the end of the day the story is they keep your money and you are sol

It is a very difficult situation to sort out - some people have had success but many many stories of failure. Dust yourself off and move on

That won't change. Do not expect the money or a response.

Yep, simply consider yourself lucky that you didn't waste time burning a new bank account or tax ID number prior to being canned

It's a relatively good point about not wasting that info
