Amazon Account Dispapeard Weird Message HelP!

We closed your account because we believe that you registered a compromised credit card to your seller account to issue undue refunds for orders you placed using other Amazon buyer accounts.

What does this mean? It was a ghost account. What should I do? I was scheduled to get a payment and had a disbursement two days prior then boom today. Will I still get the disbursment?
