Default Amazon suspension

Looks like amazon.com now suspends accounts if they suspect you are selling counterfeit or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ goods without getting a vero complaint as I have never had one, looks like my phone case company is now doomed on dot com.

This was a new account I'm wondering if I added too many products too quickly which got it a real person review. I wouldn't mind but this was nt even my stealth account that one at the moment seems to be ok

This isnt news at all - Amazon has long banned/deleted accounts on SUSPICION grounds

Unless you can provide evidence that they are official (which Im guessing you can't) there is no chance of an appeal against suspension for counterfeit items.

It said we are suspending your account as we suspect you are selling counterfeit items

You can appeal it as long as you sell the genuine items. one of my accounts got suspended because they thought that I were selling counterfeits, but then I proved them by writing a polite letter and sending all the proof of purchases/receipts/ invoice whatever related to the items. in the next morning, I received an email said "
Hello from Amazon.com.

Thank you for writing regarding your Amazon.com selling account. We have reviewed this situation and have reactivated your account.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. In our efforts to protect our community, we sometimes err on the side of caution.

We appreciate your interest and wish you the best of luck selling on Amazon.com.

Regards,

Seller Performance Team".

How old is the account, if new no chance. If a few years and many thousands of feedback you have a chance if you can show a new supplier sold you bad stock.

What kind of invoices/receipts did you send?

they also ask for supplier info. did you send real supplier info?

ifox, this is a huge deal that you were able to pass through this.
There are many of us interested on HOW you did this (real info supplied, or made up invoice).
Please help many of us out and let us know your great follow-through on this.
