You can appeal it as long as you sell the genuine items. one of my accounts got suspended because they thought that I were selling counterfeits, but then I proved them by writing a polite letter and sending all the proof of purchases/receipts/ invoice whatever related to the items. in the next morning, I received an email said "
Hello from Amazon.com.
Thank you for writing regarding your Amazon.com selling account. We have reviewed this situation and have reactivated your account.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. In our efforts to protect our community, we sometimes err on the side of caution.
We appreciate your interest and wish you the best of luck selling on Amazon.com.

Seller Performance Team".
