Can I use the bank account that was on a deleted account? I never received any deposits there. Does Amazon keep that information like paypal?

It you put the data into Amazon then its been used and cannot be used again

NO, you CAN NOT use that bank account again with Amazon. It's DONE, GONE and Finished.

Next time, don't enter bank information till 3 days before your first payment schedule.

You can add the deleted bank account, but then your new account will be suspended/deleted almost instantly
