Why should they be. Play by the rules and accounts last. Its myth that amazon are stricter at Christmas, its just that more people open accounts and try to rip customers off with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ etc, so more accounts get deleted. Amazon is a professional selling platform and they only want serious sellers who benefit amazon's reputation.
Its my first Christmas under "stealth", all I want to know, is after christmas will they be less strict or does it just continue like how its been?
Likely to be same - logically, Amazon would not go back, only move forward.
In best expectation, can expect some categories to be freed up

Re: Will amazon be less strict after christmas
Before november, if my items violated amazon policies e.g condition note issue, too many complaints, items delayed, competitors claiming item is phake, listing in wrong category e.t.c
They used to send policy warning, but in November I didnt get any policy warnings to know what am doing wrong, just straight ban
Roberto, you seem to loose a lots of accounts. What are you selling, genuine or counterfeit .Basically customers only complain if they don't receive what they have ordered or the quality is inferior.
