Seller Rating 90, 1 negative feedback = suspension?
 

Hey guys, on one of my accounts (8 months old), I just got a negative feedback.

So, now, instead of 5/5 stars, I am at 4.6, with a seller rating of 90.

Will I get suspended sooner rather later or vice versa?

not necessarily. sell more to offset your about to be bad odr

High ODR will get you suspended not percentage feedback. There is a Chinese seller on Amazon for over a year who has 60 percent positive feedback. He sells small items to keep ODR down

What was the reason for the negative feedback?
However 1 negative will not get you suspended, unless counterfeit stock

You could contact the buyer and ask them to revise the feedback, i have did that on many occassions with success, or get their telpehone number if they dont respond online. Its worth a try.
Or if it is for something such as item not delivered and you have the tracking showing phone ebay they remove unfair feedbacks for this reason and many except the counterfeit ofcourse.

Do not message the customer asking them to amend feedback. This is against Amazon Policy. Phone them instead.

You should boost your feedback with low end, free ship items that will sell. 1 negative feedback is unlikely to cause problems but you should avoid future neg feedback with good sales

It is against AZ policy to bribe them to remove the feedback. It's not to just contact them and ask them to revise it.

As Kelly said. Although many people do go down the bribing pathe. At least until they get caught

I issued a full refund could you please take a moment to revise your feedback if you are happy with our customer service

I have had a lot of negative feedback removed with this tactic.

Yeah. I took the bribing path and ended up losing an account because of it. It was worth it for that account tho.
