as i said many times before. my account was deleted for trivial reason. i refunded too many people at once

Was it a .co.uk account or another account they sent payment from?

Hey,

are you unable to log in into seller central or your whole account (buyer account).

Are you able to change the password ? (use forgot password form).

If so, you may not have been deleted, you are just unable to log in.

I had the same situation one with over 2k of funds. Was unable to login, changed password successfully but still was unable to login.

However, after nearly a month (!) it suddenly worked again.
But I was not suspended or anything. I even received orders in that time and could not fulfill them since I could not login.

So maybe that is your issue.

Just try to change the password and find out ;)

So you can successfully change your password ?

Then maybe you have to wait up to a month (after 2-3 weeks of trying to get into touch with customer service (which is impossible if you are not logged in -.-) it suddenly worked again.
