I authorize the request and have Amazon generate a return label and RMA. So couple days ago he opens A-Z claim saying I never contacted him and this is bad return policy. So I send him another email saying I authorized it right away and didn't he get it? Finally, today I get a message from him that he has an old email acct linked to Amazon that he rarely uses anymore. :doh:
So of course now my ODR is going to be at the edge of a cliff due to this moron.
I contacted AZ and and got the standard "sorry about that but our policy blah, blah blah.
Any advise? It's gonna be 90 days before it rolls off. |
