Forgot that when you start an account as Individual, then switch to Pro, you still don't get customer phone #.
So I emailed CS to ask why no phone #'s. The response. It's customer choice to not display phone numbers.
Glad their site is not going downhill as fast as their customer service skills.

Seems the telephone service is a major weak link for companies.

If you ship the item via FedEx you will see customer's phone number

In Canada, it's just Soooo much cheaper with Canada Post.

Dont know about Seller support but at least on the buying side the reps flat out lie to "please" you. I have found they dont do what they always say...:nono:

I do not think this is exclusive to amazon, ebay or paypal.

General trend of lip-service from many companies.

Got a surprise yesterday. I asked again (on the same case) about the phone #s saying that every order has yet to display a phone #.
I found a smart rep.
He apologized for the dumb answer the first time AND reset the acct so the phone #s will show up.
WOW!!!!!
