Forgot that when you start an account as Individual, then switch to Pro, you still don't get customer phone #.
So I emailed CS to ask why no phone #'s. The response. It's customer choice to not display phone numbers.
Glad their site is not going downhill as fast as their customer service skills.

Dont know about Seller support but at least on the buying side the reps flat out lie to "please" you. I have found they dont do what they always say...
Got a surprise yesterday. I asked again (on the same case) about the phone #s saying that every order has yet to display a phone #.
I found a smart rep.
He apologized for the dumb answer the first time AND reset the acct so the phone #s will show up.
