Suspended 2yrs Ago Buying Business w/ Amazon Account
My business' Seller Account was suspended 2yrs ago. I went back and forth with seller support to no avail. Finally I gave up and kept running my business (successfully) through my website and eBay. I have no interest at all in running an Amazon store for that business.
However, my wife and I recently made an offer to purchase another online business for a significant amount. During Due Diligence I realized that the business includes an Amazon store - it's a very small portion of the revenue but could be improved. I must add that the product for the new business has absolutely no relation to my other business. I'm almost certain Amazon will suspend that account as soon as we log in from our home (right?).
Any advice on how to get around this? Should I ask seller support first or just shut down the Amazon portion?
Any and all advice is welcome.

two years is a long time, change your modem, change your computer or install new OS, leave info AS IS on account until you it gets situated with your new computer and after a few months ( you have until november/december ) change the info for tax reason and you should be good to go.

Basically you need a new PC,new IP which you can get using a 4g modem from Verizon T Mobile etc, new bank account, new returns address, new cc details and buy the book.

james is right go vps . Static IP address is the way to go.. using dynamic ip is suspicious .all of my accounts are vps with a Static IP. you can get one 5 -10 bucks a month for Linux server I got script that configures my servers in 1 min and i am able to log on surf the web. This is cost effective don't have to worry about mixing up accounts using the same computer with different profiles.
