Sending documents to amazon. Update

It has never been a requirement in any country to add a bank account before the account is activated. However if you want your cash you will have to add one.

the account i made for which i gave passport number and for which they never asked additional id.

they responded today and asked me to add bank. took like 7 days for them to respond !

i made 4 accounts and only 1 account they didnt ask id

the account they didnt ask for id was it a private or business

The topic is actually AMAZON UK though.

Some newbies got mislead.

I am now about 75% sure that amazon will not activate your account for selling, if you dont add a bank account on file. Even if you send documents. I think it will say "Your account is being validated" for forever

Why don't you try one saving account instead of current and let's see the outcome.

this is obvious, it clearly says bank account needs to be added in the first instance as it will stay unvalidated till this is done
