A to Z after 9 months

I have a buyer who wants to return an electronic item that they purchased 9 months ago. Before I reject their return request I wanted to know if there was anyway they could file an A to Z claim or leave negative feedback. I think feedback can't be left after 90 days but have heard of stranger things. The item is not foo foo

9 months is ridiculous. Not possible. Tell them to contact the manufacturer if they have issues.

as long as your tracking shows delivered its way outside the timeline for both. not even CC protection
