A to Z after 9 months

I have a buyer who wants to return an electronic item that they purchased 9 months ago. Before I reject their return request I wanted to know if there was anyway they could file an A to Z claim or leave negative feedback. I think feedback can't be left after 90 days but have heard of stranger things. The item is not foo foo
