Guys I think I am in trouble
 

Today I decided to get rid of all my inventory for cheap and add some products that are on sale at a local store, but I have too many orders, and there is one huge order pending.

Help, what should I do.

I can fullfill (my own stock), but I am afraid Amazon is going to ban me for having too many orders :(

rsot was advising to have more amazon accounts and start making them quickly. The accounts would be stealth and in addition to your present accounts.

quickly = pronto

There is no real way of knowing before hand helpmelol - you are left with fulfilling orders - send them out - get good feedback and hope for the best

if all goes well and velocity limit doesnt kick in you should be just fine,

Don't cancel the orders, that is trouble. Just fulfil the orders and you should be fine. How many orders are you talking about, 500,1000 or more?

No, no. I am a small seller, I don't do this full time :p .
But there are more orders than usual :bounce: .

I wish I had 500 or 1000 orders, it's only a fraction of that (now between 5 - 10 orders daily, usually between 1 and 3 :p ). But the orders are also larger :( .

So it doubled / trippled :( . Could they simply see this as ''growth'' ?

You will have no problem, amazon expect sellers to grow. If you were normally selling 10 a day and then 500 the next day this would put your account under review.
Just ship your goods and place a note in each one requesting feedback.

If your account is in good standing you should not expect any problems.

Worst case scenario you hit a review, and you appeal it showing tracking info. You will pass the review as long as no customers complain. In the future try using FBA, They hardly ever review you then and you can;t over sell

IF its a 1 year account then it might not be that great an issue and worst case theyll put a rolling review on you which if the items dont have issues ,the review wont be a problem but there a good chance it might not even go on review and have no issues
if youre confident about the items then id say its worth fulfilling the orders

If you still have a backlog of pending orders and more awaiting I think you should probably reprice your old inventory higher. It helps resolves two issues
1. Supplier/other competitors soliciting info why you're selling cheap
2. Helps you get setup for the new inventory you are planning on buying from that retail shop
