Instant automated feedback removal

I contacted Amazon for feedback removal and as soon as I submitted it the very next screen said "we have confirmed that the feedback was in violation of our feedback policy and have removed it"

An Amazon employee did not review it, it was deleted right away

This particular item was FBA commingled inventory, that could be why

This could be a huge advantage in doing commingled if they automatically remove negative feedback.

theres another thread on the issue. it seems like the feedback or items checked plays a big part in automated removal process

Why?

I would be careful of going that way in case of *coughs* issues.

;)

actually kelly, it seems like when amazon labels your items for you they give you a specific barcode that are only for your items. So theres no confusing inventory

I know that, I'm talking about stickerless commingled inventory. If the bar code is the same and they allow it for the item, it will not require stickers. When I buyer purchases they just take it form any seller, even Amazon's own inventory.

they don't, at least not anymore. the barcode they use is actually an identifier of a specific sellers item...

There is only ONE bar code for the listing. In order to be commingled you have to have the same exact bar code. I'm not sure why you think they don't do sticker-less commingled? They don't do it for every product and even then sometimes the stop doing it for a specific item, but it still exists.

I dont understand this. I thought commingled was always stickerless as they go by UPC?

As for the the auto feedback removal, i think it depends on the options the buyer picked and maybe it looks for keywords. I use non-commingled and have had a few auto removed feedback but I cant figure out the link. The feedbacks that were auto removed were all product reviews.
