Yes they don't ask for nationality but you must have machine readable passport.

I haven't done it with Canadian address yet. I think i will hold on it until i get back to Canada. I don't want the IP address causing problems just to be on the safe side as i am in UK at the moment .

@Micky - I went through the process. Yes, they don't ask for nationality. But the field they have to insert passport number (those long numbers at the bottom) is in this format "13 digits-15 digits-15 digits-2 digits". My wife has a UK passport and her passport number is in this format. But my Canadian passport has a 8-19-2 format so I can't enter those digits/letters in 13-15-15-2 format.

I am not sure but May be if I give them my Canadian address, it will give me a 8-19-2 format instead 13-15-15-2

You just place an x after the numbers to fill the boxes, it works

Yes, I have been selling on eBay and Amazon. And I WORK for eBay as an ad moderator. But eBay Classified :S
