eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - combined router and modem can't change mac?

Fios and Comcast are the only two options.

I have comcast installing a modem only this week(should work) and FIOS has no options at the moment at all other than IP blocks(have and will experiment later) and to call in and reset the "box" to change IP.

ATT is ok for tethering from Iphone. Verizon is impossible at this location. All other cell providers are worthless for internet. I am also looking into a Wilson cell booster.

Ok they are giving you just the Modem and not the combined modem/router, that's good than

Comcast works great , I use it with a Netgear router, and easy to change the IP and I'm able to maintain the same IPs for 4-5 months sometimes using the same MAC that corresponds to the stealth

It's not something I'm concerned about, however it's an added bonus I feel being able to log in each account with the same IP, gives a little more stability

It's not something that I can control , it's just the way comcast has been working
