Thanks....I'll take a look.

I dont know anything about excel so im looking for a dummy solution or something that is ready to go. Ive research quickbooks a few time but it seems like too much $$$ and a steep learning curve.

I guess i should of searched lol, free is good. never even knew such free accounting apps existed.

You can get the portable version of "Microsoft Office 2010 Portable" online on download.

Why pay for it? These companies are rich enough, and we are all poor broke @$$ES. ;)

Works great! And if you got tons of accounts get Thunderbird FREE open source been using it for years to link all my Gmail accounts. It's better then outlook that cost $$$$.
