Best VCC to buy things on amazon?

I have a lot of buyer accounts with different info each. Need to find a way to purchase things (aside from amazon GCs)

I tried to use Vanilla gift cards, and to me it looks like a random luck. Sometimes order goes through just fine and amazon charges it, and sometimes i get an instant email from amazon saying that there is a problem with a billing address on the card and the order can't be fulfilled. (which is really weird btw, since all the cards are the same and purchased at the same place)

My question is what is the best vcc to use on amazon with 100% rate that it won't be declined? and when i say VCC i mean similar to vanilla visa, when you can just purchase it without giving your ssn and all that crap.

Never had any problems with Entropay and I love the simplicity of usage
