Account health poor

Hi guys,
Recently I had 2 A-Z claims opened agaisnt me due missing delivery frame.
I have had 100 orders so far for £14K in total. I have been selling on Amazon for 3 months. All metrics are green apart ODR which is just above 2% and in few days it will raise to about 4%. 100% feedback.
This is my real account and I realy dont want to loose it.
How likely, do you think, my account will be suspended/terminated?
What is the best way to take from here? Should I email Amazon with action plan now or wait until I get suspended?
Also what is your way to keep ODR under 1%? Do you sell lots of cheap items or something? I'm not very experianced with Amazon but from what I have read they are much more strict when it comes to account performance that eBay.
Your help will be much appreciated.

ship on time and you won't have a problem man, logic. as long as you keep selling, the defect % rate will decrease due to sales amount x days %

Keep communicating between your buyers, send random copy/paste templates to make sure everything is smooth. If they have any issues answer them via email before they open any kind of disputes/az claims

This is a good idea even a simple thank u after the sale, that way if they need to contact you they can simply reply to your message

Because if a buyer isn't familiar with cases and contacting a seller after a sale, they are basically lured into opening a case when they just want to answer a question

This one i got covered. I always send a customer a message right after sale. Unfortunetly buyer decided to open AZ case 2 hours after he sent me a message
I read many stories about people loosing their accounts because of 1-2 AZ claim that i became a little bit worried too
