Yes it is but still able to withdraw on mine, got a rolling reserve on it, not been putting enough through it for that to be a problem, in my case due to me being slow to respond to a couple of messages, gradually the seller ratings are rising up to an acceptable level again, lesson learned ! Fascinating to have just been reading on here about Yankee's experiences with Paypal and Ebay with the kind of amounts (28 + 50k) that most of us can only dream about, when we are only talking about tiny amounts as well, just as an aside !

Focus more on good customer service and getting the feedbacks!

Never forgetting it is the worst site for getting feedback on mostly because buyers have to wait around 10 -14 days before they can even leave feedback, priceless on a site that depends so much on that very thing!

Buyers can leave feedback the same day the order is placed. Where do you get this 10-14 waiting period?

Read it elsewhere either on here or on an Amazon forum, something that person had discovered when sending messages to some of their buyers about leaving feedback for them and some of those buyers had replied that could not leave feedback for that length of time!

Are you sure?

On UK purchases with amazon fulfilment I cetainly can not.
