If a stealth account does get suspended and it is using the full FBA service then the stock that is away in the warehouses is lost obviously, Amazon are not going to return it, that is a risk that needs to be taken into account, but of course there are different levels of FBA, it has always seemed to me however that it is an all or nothing scenario using the FBA service, the full benefits of it can only be achieved by using the full capabilities of Amazon to despatch and track the orders

This happened to me...I had 30,000 units in FBA warehouses and had about 1200 boxes returned to me. It was a NIGHTMARE.

My original Amazon account is now suspended bc I had the inventory returned at .50 cents per unit, so I owe Amazon about $14,000. Thus, I need to go stealth.

I believe that the FBA operating agreement is that bc the seller legally owns the inventory, Amazon is legally obligated to return it. They cannot keep it regardless of the reason.
