How many items have you got listed, just those 5 that you have sold? I have a rolling reserve on my Amazon account, after a sale payout is in 2 weeks, after I confirm item despatched the payout date comes down down a bit, my account is about 6 months old. Reviews can happen at any time. Are you just listing items that you can piggyback onto listings already on the site, because that's always the thing with the site that we can only list things that are already listed by someone else.
There is an option to create brand new listings but can be difficult to do that if their new item listing set up does not recognise the ISBN or SKU etc., of the new things we are trying to list. Their set up for creating a new listing by enterering every perceivable identifying thing about the new item is something I have never managed to negotiate successfully yet I don't know if you have used it. The final new item creating option of course is to start buying/ creating new barcodes and I have never got anywhere near needing to start doing that.
